What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, project postcode, project type, description, budget band, preferred start period, preferred contact method and the consent you gave. We also record the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, so we know which marketing is working.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation, prepare a quotation and keep records of the work. We rely on your consent for marketing contact and on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries about our services.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in our customer management system and in our email provider, and the website itself is hosted by our website provider. These suppliers process your data only on our instructions, under a written agreement, and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.

Where your data is held

Your data is held on servers in the UK or the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records that do not lead to work are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Records for quoted or completed projects are kept for 12 years, so that we can honour the 10-year warranty and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@dreamspacedesignandbuild.co.uk or calling 07399476947. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
